3.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Lora Hardman’s request for review of the Hardman Farms, a 67-unit Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan located at approximately 3200 North Indian Ford Drive. 

3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of Development Code Amendments to Chapter 12 and Table 12.260, removing the cumulative requirement for Animal Rights, and an amendment to the Municipal Code, Sections 6-4A-8 and 6-4C-1, increasing the number of dogs to three.  

3.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of an amendment to the Master Transportation Plan adding a future offshore freeway along the north side of Utah Lake to the plan.

3.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of the vacation of a public street for the section of 100 North that runs between Center Street and 100 East.
