2.1) Recommendation of Heather Kesler’s request for review of the Serenity Studios Development Code Amendment adding additional uses to personal services.  (Tabled from April 13th meeting)

2.2) Public Hearing and discussion of a proposed amendment to Chapter 26, Accessory Uses.  The proposed amendment is to increase the required side and rear yard setbacks for accessory buildings over 16 feet in height.

2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Brent Ventura’s request for review of the Skyridge Property General Plan Amendment from Public Facility to VLDR (Very Low Density Residential) on 4.07-acres located at approximately 260 East 2700 North. 

2.4) Recommendation of Brent Ventura’s request for review of the Skyridge Subdivision Concept Plan including 8 residential lots located at approximately 260 East 2700 North.

2.5) Public hearing and consideration of Flagship Homes’ request for approval of the Lehi Tactical concept plan, a mixed-use commercial recreational and educational facility on approximately 4-acres located at 349 South 1350 East. 

2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 12, clarifying the language for the height of fences on retaining walls.

2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 37, removing two-family dwellings from the design requirements based on State Code.
