3.1) Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company’s request for conditional use approval of the Cold Spring Business Park Site Plan on 10.3-acres located at 4105 West Cold Spring Drive.
3.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Jared Osmond’s request for review of the Lehi Pioneer Plaza Zone Change on approximately .09 acres of property located at approximately 1000 South 1300 West from R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) to Commercial zoning.
3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map and a Zone Change on approximately 1 acre of property located at approximately 975 South and 1350 West from a VLDRA (very low density residential agricultural) and R-1-22 zoning to an Open Space land use designation and Public Facility zoning.
3.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Mary Kelly’s request for review of amendments to Table 05.030B, Chapter 21 & Chapter 39, allowing Dog Care Facilities as a conditional use in the Neighborhood Commercial Zone and adding Mobile Personal Services and some additional regulations to Temporary Uses and adding a definition for Mobile Personal Services.
3.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Ryan Coombs’ request for preliminary subdivision review of the Coombs Corner 2-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1765 North 1100 West.
3.6) Public hearing and consideration of SmartLink’s request for approval of a conditional use for the Spring Creek Substation Cell Tower located at approximately 1555 South 300 East.
3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 37, Design Standards, changing the proximity allowance for the Downtown Spacing Overlay Zone.
