2.1) Public hearings and recommendation of Jamie Lamb’s request for R-1-22 zoning on the Lamb Annexation, 5.601-acres located at approximately 1900 South Center Street.

2.2) Consideration of Kimley-Horn's request for approval of the Ken Garff Porsche Parking Expansion Site Plan expanding a legal nonconforming use at 3425 North Digital Drive in a Commercial zone. 

2.3) Consideration of Gardner Company’s request for approval of the Cold Spring Storage Phase 2 concept plan, 1.73 acres located at 4193 West Orinda Drive.

2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton’s request for review of the Skye East Zone Change on 109-acres of property located at approximately 4800 North 1800 East changing the zoning from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Planned Community (PC) in the already approved Skye Area Plan.

2.5) Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton’s request for review of the Skye Substation Grading Permit on 12.02-acres of property located northwest of Horton Way. 

2.6) Public hearing and consideration of Adam Sheridan’s request for approval of the Floor & Décor Outlets of America concept plan, including an exception for the orientation of the building to Mill Pond Drive, located at 405 South Mill Pond Drive.

2.7) Recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 35, adding standards for water efficient landscape requirements. (Tabled from the January 12th meeting)

2.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 3 and a Municipal Code Amendment, removing redundant language and changing the number of Planning Commissioners from seven to five.
