2.1) Consideration of Anna Black’s request for conditional use approval of the East Main Street Retail Center Conversion Site Plan with a drive-thru located in an existing building at 1325 East Main Street, changing the existing auto repair business to a retail store. (tabled from the July 27th meeting)
2.2) Public hearing and consideration of Myreya Paspuel’s request for conditional use approval for Smart Cash, a check cashing business to be located in an existing building at 525 South 850 East, Suite 3.
2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Mandelaris’ request for approval of the Skyridge Property Zone Change from Public Facility to RA-1 (residential/agriculture) on 4.07 acres located at approximately 260 East 2700 North.
2.4) Consideration of Anne Gurney’s request for approval of the Gurney Farms Plat B 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 1060 North 700 East in the RA-1 zone.
2.5) Consideration of Brianna Nichols’s request for approval of the Gurney Manor Estates Plat B 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 1018 North 700 East in the RA-1 zone.
2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of JDH Development’s request for preliminary subdivision review of Vivian Estates Phase 4, a 22-lot residential development located at 600 East 2000 North.
2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of JDH Development’s request for review of a grading permit for Vivian Estates phases 3 & 4 on approximately 43-acres located at approximately 600 East 2300 North.
2.8) Recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 26, Accessory Uses, changing the lot size requirement for detached ADUs from 1/2 to 1/3 acre. (tabled from the August 10, 2023 meeting)
