2.2) Public hearing and consideration of KBR Construction’s request for approval of a conditional use permit of an enclosure for outside storage of materials that will replace four parking stalls at Mill Place Park located at approximately 350 East 850 South.
2.3) Consideration of Scott Greenwood’s request for approval of the Greenwood Brother Plat A, a 2-lot residential subdivision with an existing home located at 229 East 900 North in an R-1-8 (residential) zone.
2.4) Consideration of Steve Fox’s request for approval of the Gerber Construction Addition Site Plan located at 815 East 675 South.

2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Mammoth Holding’s request for review of the Wiggy Wash Zone Change from R-2 (medium density residential) to Commercial on 1.6 acres located at approximately 78 South 2300 West.
2.8) Public hearing and consideration of Mammoth Holding’s request for approval of the Wiggy Wash Concept Plan on 1.6 acres located at approximately 78 South 2300 West with exceptions requested.
2.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Jose Arias’ request for review of the Arias Zone Change from R-1-22/TH-5 (residential/agriculture & transitional holding) to Neighborhood Commercial on 1.98 acres located at approximately 2300 West Pioneer Crossing (7944 N 9550 W).
2.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Reza Sanati’s request for review of the Sanati General Plan Amendment on 1.50-acres of property located at 460 North 1200 East changing the land use designation from LDR (low density residential) to HDR (high density residential).
2.11) Recommendation of Reza Sanati’s request for review of the Cooper Hollow Phase 4 concept, a 12-unit townhome development located at 460 North 1200 East
2.12) Public hearing and recommendation of Highland City’s request for review of the Dry Creek Common Boundary adjustment of the municipal boundary line at approximately 1500 East 2900 North with approximately 1.62 acres going into Highland City.
2.13) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 15, identifying the approval process for land use plans.
