2.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Texas Instrument’s request for review of the TI Skye Area Plan Amendment changing the location of the Technical Manufacturing Buffer and combining the MD1 and MD2 land use areas into one. 

2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Texas Instrument’s request for review of the TI Zone Change located at approximately 4000 North Flash Drive changing the zoning on 25.69-acres west of the facility from Planned Community (PC) to Technical Manufacturing (TM) and another 25.69-acres to the south of the facility from TM to PC.

2.4) Public hearing and consideration of Anna Dolegiewicz’s request for conditional use approval of the Jewel’s Towing Site Plan located at 4641 North Digital Drive in a Light Industrial zone.

2.5) Consideration of Lehi City’s request for approval of the new Lehi City Hall & Library Site Plan located at 100 North Center Street in a Public Facility zone.

2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Tracy Tanner’s request for review of the Berry Property Zone Change located at 116 South 600 East changing the zoning on 1.18-acres from Transitional Holding (TH-5) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).

2.7) Consideration of Tracy Tanner’s request for approval of the Tanner Indoor Pickleball concept located at 116 South 600 East.
