2.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Thanksgiving Station LLC’s request for review of the Thanksgiving Station Concept Plan, a 77.8-acre mixed-use development, including 2,000 new residential units, within the Thanksgiving Point Area Plan located at Ashton Boulevard and Executive Parkway.
