2.3) Consideration of VY Architecture’s request for approval of the Lehi Front Climbing Club site plan, a 1.2-acre commercial development located at 2750 Executive Parkway.

2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Arive Homes’ request for review of the Harmony Townhomes Plat D concept plan, a 30-unit residential development located at approximately 891 North Hilltop Drive in the Cold Spring Ranch Area Plan.

2.5) Public hearing and consideration of Jordan Architect’s request for approval of the Lehi Self Storage Concept located at 2100 North Pointe Meadows Drive.

2.6) Public hearing and consideration of Dennis Schoonover’s request for conditional use approval of the Wagner Drive Thru Site Plan located at 600 West State Street.
