2.1) Consideration of Rage Development’s request for approval of revisions to the Atlas Cell Tower adding collocation equipment for T-Mobile. (tabled from the January 13, 2022 meeting)
2.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Hunting Farm LLC’s request for review of the Morgan Property zone change, on approximately 2.57-acres of property located at 105 South 1100 West, changing the zoning from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to R-2 (medium density residential).
2.3) Public hearing and consideration of Tom and Jenny Bullock’s request for conditional use approval of the Bullock Flag Lot located at 550 West 2100 North.
2.4) Public hearing and consideration of Tom and Jenny Bullock’s request for approval of the Bullock 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 550 West 2100 North
2.5) Public hearing and consideration of Brock Worthen’s request for approval of Thacker Farms, a 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 900 North 2300 West.
2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Richard Thurman’s request for review of the Thurman General Plan Amendment on 1.54-acres of property located at 805 East Cedar Hollow Road, changing the land use designation from VLDR (very low density residential) to LDR (low density residential).
2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Mike Dubois’ request for review of the Trinnaman Lane zone change, on 1-acre of property located at 1200 North Trinnaman Lane, changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to RA-1 (residential/agriculture).
2.8) Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company’s request for conditional use approval of the Lewis Landing Industrial site plan, an 11.81-acre industrial development located at approximately 4150 West Waterbury Drive.
2.9) Consideration of Ivory Developments’ request for approval of the Holbrook Farms Park site plan, a 31-acre development located at 2700 North Drexler Drive.
2.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Innovations’ request for preliminary subdivision review of The Lofts at Holbrook Farms, a 240-unit townhome development located at approximately 2700 North Redwood Road.
2.11) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of amendments to the Lehi City Development Code Chapters 16, 17, and Table 05.030A, amending driveway length requirements.
