2.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Luke Chamberlain’s request for review of a zone change for 0.19-acres located at 57 South 500 West, changing the zoning from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to MU (mixed use).
2.3) Consideration of Alan Thayn’s request for approval of Trent Plat C, a two-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 1519 North 300 West.
2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Toby Cordova’s request for review of a zone change for the Bushman Property, 7.16-acres located at 1610 West 700 South changing the zoning from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential).
2.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Toby Cordova’s request for review of the Bushman Property Concept, a 21-lot residential development located at 1610 West 700 South.
2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of CTR Development’s request for review of a zone change for Lone Peak Land, changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) on 13.05 acres located at approximately 1700 West 1500 North.
2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of CTR Development’s request for review of the Lone Peak Land concept, a 20-lot residential development located at approximately 1700 West and 1500 North.
2.8) Public hearing and consideration of Joseph Earnest’s request for approval of the Quick Quack Car Wash Holbrook Farms Concept, a commercial development located at approximately 3800 West and 2100 North.
2.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Salt Development’s request for review of a zone change for Sanctuary, changing 9.4 acres from Commercial to TOD located at 2601 West Slipstream Avenue.
2.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Salt Development’s request for review of the Sanctuary Concept Plan including retail and 527 apartment units located at 2601 West Slipstream Avenue in a proposed TOD zone.
2.11) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Traverse Mountain Area Plan Amendment adding existing and planned public facilities to the land use map.
