3.2) Public hearing and consideration of Innovation Pointe’s request for approval of the Innovation Pointe Phase 3 concept, an 8-acre commercial development located at 1441 West Innovation Way in a Commercial zone.
3.3) Public hearing and consideration of Rick Allen’s request for conditional use approval of the Allen Flag Lot located at 2080 North 1200 East in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
3.4) Public hearing and consideration of RMR LLC’s request for approval of the Reynolds Daycare concept, a commercial daycare development located at approximately 2975 West Executive Parkway.
3.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Home’s request for review of the Willow Point concept, a 420-lot residential development located at approximately 4100 West Hardman Way.
3.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Home’s request for review of the Timp Point concept, a 200-lot residential development located at approximately 2400 West Hardman Way.
3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of the Boyer and Gardner Companies’ request for review of the Lehi Block zone change, changing 30 acres located at approximately 2303 North 1200 West from an Industrial to a Commercial zone.
3.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Aki Miyagi’s request for review of the New Star Commercial Development zone change, changing the zoning from C (Commercial) to C-H (Heavy Commercial) on 3-acres of property located at approximately 333 Millpond Drive.
3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Fieldstone Homes’ request for review of a Development Code amendment for Section 06.140, changing the residential building material requirements in Planned Communities.
3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code amendment to the Connectivity Standards in Chapter 37.
