2.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Danny Gutierrez’s request for preliminary subdivision review of Pioneer Heights, a 45-lot residential subdivision to be located at approximately 1452 West 900 North.
2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Perry Development’s request for review of the Fox Canyon Areas A1 and I1 Concept Plan, a 43-lot single family development located at approximately 5400 North Fox Canyon Road in the Traverse Mountain Panned Community.
2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Perry Development’s request for review of the Fox Canyon Area J1 Concept Plan, a 97-lot multifamily development located at approximately 5300 North Fox Canyon Road in the Traverse Mountain Panned Community.
2.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Arive Homes’ request for review of the Taylor Meadows North Zone Change, changing the zoning on 16.8 acres located at 600 West 1300 South from R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) to R-1-15 (residential).
2.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Arive Homes’ request for review of the Taylor Meadows Concept, a 70-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1500 South 500 West.
2.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Josh Baum’s request for the Baum Zone Change, changing 1.3 acres located at 2655 North Center Street from A-1 (agriculture) to RA-1(residential/agriculture).
2.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes’ request for preliminary subdivision review of Gardner Point Phase 1, a 222-unit residential development located at approximately 3600 West 1500 North.
2.9) Public hearing and consideration of Mark Fuller’s request for conditional use approval of the Fuller Ross Flag Lot located at 360 North 900 East in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
2.10) Public hearing and consideration of Cabela’s request for conditional use approval of Cabela’s ATV and Off-Road Vehicles located in their store at 2502 West Cabela Boulevard.
