3.1) Public hearing and recommendation of X Development’s request for review of a General Plan amendment, changing the designation on approximately 21-acres located at approximately 2100 North 2300 West from NC (neighborhood commercial) and LDR (low density residential) to C (commercial) and MDR (medium density residential).
3.2) Public hearing and consideration of Allied Electric Sign’s request for approval of a conditional use for two monument signs with electronic message displays for the 7-Eleven located at 2120 North Triumph Blvd.
3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Brad Sunderland’s request for review of the Sunderland Trust zone change, changing the land use designation on 1-acre of property located at 1765 North Trinnaman Lane from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential).
3.4) Consideration of Thomas Howell’s request for review of the Cold Spring Ranch Stake Center site plan, located at approximately 625 North 4000 West.
3.5) Public hearing and recommendation of Ezekial Mendenhall’s request for review of the Mendenhall zone change, changing the land use designation on 3.39-acres of property located at 221 West 400 South from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential).
3.6) Public hearing and consideration of Rob Molling’s request for approval of a conditional use for the 1% Fitness Meal Prep Service, a food truck kitchen located in an existing building located at 305 South 850 East.
3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Jeff Southard’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Section 12.080, amending the landscape buffer requirement.
3.8) Consideration of Lehi City’s request for approval of the Monument Park site plan.
3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code amendment to Table 05.030-C, changing Mixed Use Single Family Residential and Commercial Structure/Project to a permitted use in the Mixed Use zone.
3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapters 16 and 17, adding a list of potential items for a density bonus in PRD and PUD developments.
