2.1) Recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapters 6, 16, 17, and 37, amending the single-family residential design standards for (PC) Planned Communities, (PRD) Planned Residential Development, and (PUD) Planned Unit Development. (Tabled from the June 25, 2020 meeting)
2.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Danny Gutierrez & Mike Dubois’s request for review of a General Plan Amendment on approximately 23.9-acres located at approximately 1402 West 900 North, changing the land use designation from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to VLDR (very low density residential).
2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Danny Gutierrez & Mike Dubois’s request for review of Hadfield Estates concept plan, a 51-lot residential subdivision at approximately 1402 West 900 North.
2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Riverbend Management’s request for review of the Traverse Mountain Multi-Family concept, a 317-unit apartment development located at 3851 North Traverse Mountain Blvd.
2.5) Public hearing and consideration of Alpine School District’s request for approval of a conditional use for a monument sign with an electronic message display at Lehi Elementary.
2.6) Public hearing and consideration of Hugh Johnson’s request for approval of a conditional use for the creation of a flag lot at 1032 North 300 West.
2.7) Consideration of Gardner Company’s request for approval of an extension to the approved Lehi Station 2 Site Plan.
2.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Dana Black’s request for review of the Black zone change, changing the zoning on 1.52 acres from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-12 (single family residential) at 1729 North Trinnaman Lane.
2.9) Consideration of Ryan Hong’s request for approval of the Skyridge High School Stealth Cell Phone Tower located at 3000 North Center Street.
2.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 39, amending the definition of Family.
