2.1) Public hearing and recommendation of Meadowbrook Land’s request for review of the Center Pointe Towns zone change, changing the zoning on approximately 2.25 -acres of property located at 1627 Center Pointe Drive from Commercial to R-3 (high density residential).
2.2) Consideration of Knowlton General’s request for approval of the Porter’s Place site plan, a .21-acre mixed-use development located at 24 West Main Street.
2.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Casey Hansen’s request for review of the Hansen zone change, changing the zoning on .33-acres of property located at 1045 West Main Street from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to NC (neighborhood commercial).
2.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Dennis Muir’s request for review of the Muir zone change, changing the zoning on approximately .79-acres of property located at 678 West 300 North from A-1 (agriculture) & R-1-12 (residential) to R-1-Flex (residential).
2.5) Consideration of Innovation Pointe’s request for approval of the Innovation Pointe Phase 3 site plan, a commercial office development located at approximately 1441 West Innovation Way
2.6) Consideration of Soni Hospitality’s request for approval of the Holiday Inn site plan located at 3650 North Outlet Parkways on 3.68 acres
2.7) Public hearing and consideration of Image Signs & Lighting’s requests for approval of a conditional use permit for the Ken Garff- Jaguar Land Rover pylon sign located at 2302 North Ashton Blvd.
2.8) Discussion of potential Lehi City Development Code Amendments to Chapter 39, Transit Oriented Development, amending design standards and location requirements.
