14) Consideration of Ordinance #37-2023 approval of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 12, clarifying the language for the height of fences on retaining walls.  

15) Consideration of Ordinance #38-2023 approval of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 37, removing two-family dwellings from the design requirements based on State Code.
