12) Consideration of Ordinance #36-2023 approval of the Skyridge Property General Plan Amendment from Public Facility to Very Low Density Residential on 4.07-acres located at approximately 260 East 2700 North.
13) Consideration of Concept Plan approval for the Skyridge Subdivision including 8 residential lots located at approximately 260 East 2700 North.
14) Consideration of Ordinance #37-2023 approval of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 12, clarifying the language for the height of fences on retaining walls.
