3.1) Consideration of Anna Black’s request for conditional use approval of the East Main Street Retail Center Conversion Site Plan with a drive-thru located in an existing building at 1325 East Main Street, changing the existing auto repair business to a retail store. (tabled from the July 27th meeting)
3.2) Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer Company’s request for preliminary subdivision approval for the Holbrook Farms Plat K subdivision, a 5-lot commercial subdivision located at approximately 2100 North 3600 West.
3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Texas Instrument’s request to amend the Skye Area Plan with a lot line adjustment, changing the location that is included in the Area Plan as the Technical Manufacturing Buffer and the portion that is zoned Technical Manufacturing.
3.4) Public hearing and consideration of Parker Johnson’s request for approval of the Barnes 2-lot Subdivision with an existing home located at 552 West 1200 North.
3.5) Consideration of Chris Bick’s request for approval of the Ken Garff Meadow Point Concept located at 2302 North Ashton Blvd.
3.6) Consideration of Dax Williamson’s request for approval of the Lucky Soles Tavern Concept located at 173 West Main Street.
3.7) Public hearing and consideration of Silver Fox Construction’s request for approval of the Cascade Collision Repair Concept plan located at 1115 East Main Street.
3.8) Public hearing and consideration of Howland Partners’ request for conditional use approval of the Panera Bread at Lehi Pointe Site Plan with a drive-thru located on Hudson Avenue in a Commercial zone.
3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request to amend the Lehi City Master Transportation Plan, adding a new master planned roadway alternative connecting Clubhouse Drive to Redwood Road.
3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of Development Code Amendments to Chapter 12 and 39 clarifying the allowance of indoor powersports and marine vehicle sales under Retail Sales.
