3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Parker Johnson’s request for review of the Beacon Point Concept, a 17-unit mixed-use residential development located at 1054 West Main Street.
3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Britani Bateman’s request for review of the Marwood Group Concept, a 31-unit residential development on 0.84 acres located at 301 East State Street.
3.11) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Table 37.080, Off-Street Parking requirements, removing a proximity requirement for townhomes adjacent to on-street parking.
