3.1) Public hearing and consideration of SmartLink’s request for approval of a conditional use for the Spring Creek Substation Cell Tower located at approximately 1555 South 300 East. (Tabled from the March 23rd meeting)
3.2) Public hearing and consideration of Diane and Robert Myers’ request for conditional use approval of an 8-foot fence located at 2295 North 600 West.
3.3) Public hearing and consideration of Forum Builder’s request for conditional use approval of the Mendenhall Estates Group Homes, a 3.39-acre group home development located at 230 West 400 South. Postponed to the June 1st meeting in order to give staff time to do more research.
3.4) Public hearing and consideration of Forum Builder’s request for approval of reasonable accommodation exceptions for the Mendenhall Estates Group Home Concept including 10 separate group homes located at 230 West 400 South. Postponed to the June 1st meeting in order to give staff time to do more research.
3.5) Public hearing and consideration of Nathaniel Wall’s request for approval of the Alpine Bible Church Concept located at 710 West Main Street, including an exception for exceeding the 25-foot maximum setback in the Urban Village Design District.
3.6) Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company’s request for conditional use approval of the Cold Spring Retail Site Plan, a 1.73-acre commercial development including 2 buildings with drive-thru’s located at 4222 West Orinda Drive.
3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Jim Bradshaw’s request for review of the Griffith Estates Zone Change from A-5 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) on 3.43-acres located at 300 East 1630 South.
3.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Jim Bradshaw’s request for review of the Griffith Estates Concept, a 9-unit townhome PUD (Planned Unit Development) subdivision located at 300 East 1630 South
3.9) Consideration of Jared Osmond’s request for approval of the Pioneer Plaza Office Building Site Plan located at 1004 South 1100 West.
3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element, adding language that limits General Plan Amendments to once a year.
