4.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Daniel Phillips’ request for review of the Good and Beautiful Zone Change, 9-acres located at approximately 700 South Mill Pond Road, changing the zoning from Commercial & A-5 (agriculture) to Mixed Use.

4.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Mammoth Holding’s request for approval of the zone change, 1.95-acres located at approximately at 26 South 2300 West changing the zoning from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Commercial.

4.7) Public hearing and consideration of Howland Partner’s request for approval of the Ridge Shopping Center Future Phase Concept Plan including 19.55-acres of apartments, retail, and restaurants at approximately 2200 West Ridge Drive in a Commercial zone.

4.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 35, adding standards for water efficient landscape requirements.
