4) Consideration of Final subdivision approval for the Traverse Mountain Multifamily Plat A, a 3-lot subdivision located at 381 North Traverse Mountain Boulevard.  (Tabled at the January 25th meeting)

5) Consideration of Ordinance #08-2022, the Summers’ Home zone change, on 0.95-acres of property located at approximately 1125 East Fitzgerald Lane, changing the zoning from TH-5 to R-1-15.

6) Consideration of Ordinance #09-2022, the MDT zone change, on 5.115-acres of property located at 1565 West 1220 North, changing the zoning from A-1 to R-1-22.

7) Consideration of  Preliminary subdivision approval for the Center Pointe Towns, a 23-townhome unit development located at 3237 North Center Pointe Drive in an R-3 zone. 

8) Consideration of Preliminary subdivision approval for the Longhorn Meadows, a 14-lot residential development located at approximately 400 South 1300 West.

9) Consideration of Preliminary and Final subdivision approval for the Sunset Meadows Plat B, a 3-lot residential development located at 1980 West Snow Spring Drive.

10) Consideration of Final subdivision approval for the Gardner Point Phase 6, a 55-lot residential subdivision located at 1400 North 4200 West. 

11) Consideration of Resolution #2022-08, approving an amended Development Agreement between Sanctuary at Lehi LLC, the SNF at the Ridge LC, Lehi Pointe LLC and Lehi City for the East Project.

12) Consideration of Ordinance #10-2022, an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Chapters 16 and 17, amending the requirements for PUDs and PRDs.

13) Consideration of Resolution #2022-07, granting Wasatch Broadband LLC a nonexclusive franchise to operate a telecommunications network in Lehi City.
