3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton’s request for preliminary subdivision review of Skye Plat A, a 382-unit residential development located at approximately 3950 North Center Street in the Skye Planned Community.
3.4) Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development’s request for preliminary subdivision review of Jordan Walk Towns, and conditional use approval of 60 townhome units located at approximately 3600 West Hardman Way.
3.5) Public hearing and consideration of Boyer Company’s request for Conditional Use approval of the Holbrook Industrial entrance sign located at approximately 4895 West Hudson Way.
3.6) Public hearing and recommendation of Jamie Barnes’ request for review of the Smart Cookies Academy General Plan Amendment, changing the designation from VLDRA (very low-density residential agriculture) to NC (neighborhood commercial) on 2-acres located at 1910 West 900 North.
3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Gardner-Plumb’s request for review of Gardner-Plumb Main Street General Plan Amendment from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to LDR (low density residential) on approximately 50-acres of property located at approximately 2500 West Main Street.
3.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Gardner-Plumb’s request for review of the Gardner-Plumb Main Street concept plan, a 214-unit residential development located at approximately 2500 West Main Street.
