7) Micron East Annexation a. Public Hearing b. Consideration of Ordinance #38-2021, approval of the Micron East Annexation of 111.51-acres located at 1800 East 4800 North with TH-5 zoning.
8) Consideration of Preliminary subdivision approval for the Lotus Vaseo, a 1-lot subdivision for a 35-unit townhome PUD project located at 225 South 600 East.
9) Consideration of Ordinance #39-2021, approval of the Carla’s Cove Zone Change, changing the zoning from A-5 (agriculture) to R-2 (medium density residential) on 2.82 acres located at 2402 West Main Street.
10) Consideration of Concept approval for the Carla’s Cove Concept Plan, a 6-lot residential development located at 2402 West Main Street.
11) Consideration of Ordinance #40-2021, the Johnson General Plan Amendment, amending 4-acres of property from LDR (low density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay to HDR (high density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay at 3333 West 1500 North.
