12) Consideration of Resolution #2021-50, a Resolution of Intent to Annex for the Micron East Annexation, including 111.51 acres located at approximately 1800 East 4800 North with proposed TH-5 Zoning.

13) Consideration of Ordinance #36-2021, a General Plan Amendment on 8.18-acres from Neighborhood Commercial and Very Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential located at approximately 2900 North and 1200 West.

14) Consideration of Concept approval for the Lehi Terrace Concept Plan, a 39-lot single family subdivision located at approximately 2900 North 1200 West.
