6) Consideration of Resolution #2021-46, approving an agreement for drainage easement acquisition and an access easement agreement with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
7) Consideration of Resolution #2021-45, approving an agreement with Valley Design & Construction for the construction of Monument Park.
8) Consideration of Resolution #2021-44, placing the question of whether or not Lehi City should impose a .1% local sales and use tax to fund recreational amenities, park facilities, and cultural arts facilities and organizations in Lehi City.

12) Consideration of Preliminary subdivision approval for the Holbrook Place Phase 5 & 6, a 102-lot residential development located at 2700 North and Twin Flower Way.
13) Consideration of Ordinance #33-2021, approving a zone change from TH-5 (transitional holding) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) on approximately 1-acre of property located at 1199 West 900 North.
