3.2) Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company’s request for conditional use approval for the Cold Spring Storage Site Plan located at Orinda Drive and Blue Sky Road.
3.3) Public hearing and recommendation of Kraig Johnson’s request for review of the Johnson General Plan Amendment, amending 4-acres of property from LDR (low density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay to HDR (high density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay at 3333 West 1500 North.

3.7) Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Hampton’s request for review of a General Plan Amendment for 396 North 500 West, changing the designation on 0.42-acres from MDR (medium density residential) to HDR (high density residential).
3.8) Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Hampton’s request for review of the Lehi Brownstones Concept, a 7-unit townhome project located at 396 North 500 West.
3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Toby Cordova’s request for review of a General Plan Amendment for 815 South 1100 West, changing the land use designation on approximately 10.33-acres from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to LDR (low density residential).
