5.4) Consideration of Resolution #2026-46, approving an amendment to the Gardner Plumb Development Agreement, requesting to transfer 124 equivalent residential units from the northern portion of the development agreement to the southern.

5.5) Consideration of Resolution #2026-45, appointing two members to serve on the Utah County Justice Court Nominating Commission for the Lehi City Justice Court Vacancy
