7) Consideration of Resolution #2026-23, approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement for Commercial Real Estate between Lehi Mill Pond, LLC ("seller ") and Lehi City ("buyer"), located at approximately 411 South Mill Pond Drive.
8) Consideration of Resolution #2026-24 approving a Real Estate Purchase Contract and Addendum #1 between Mill Pond Management LLC ("seller") and Lehi City ("buyer") located at approximately 801 South Mill Pond Road.
9) Consideration of Concept approval for the Spring Meadow Villas (PUD) Concept, a 72-lot single family residential project located at 1630 South 500 East.
10) Consideration of Ordinance #16-2026, approving a General Plan Amendment on 7.1 acres located at 2424 West 900 North changing the designation from Very-Low Density Residential Agriculture (VLDRA) to Very-Low Density Residential (VLDR).
11) Consideration of Ordinance #17-2026, approving a Development Code Amendment to Table 05.030-B and Chapter 39 adding a Flex Commercial Building use.
12) Consideration of Ordinance #18-2026, approving a General Plan Amendment on 2.8-acres located at 41 East 900 North changing the designation from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Mixed-Use (MU).
13) Motion to Adjourn for a Lehi Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Meeting. The City Council meeting will resume immediately following the RDA Meeting.
14) Consideration of Resolution #2026-29, approving an Interlocal Agreement between the Lehi City Redevelopment Agency and Lehi City regarding the Thanksgiving Point Housing Transit Reinvestment Zone.
15) Consideration of Ordinance #19-2026, approving a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 12 to require the buffering and screening requirements for existing residential homes in non-residential zones.
16) Consideration of Ordinance #15-2026, approving a Development Code Amendment to both Table of Uses and to Chapter 12 to convert conditional uses to permitted uses based on preexisting supplementary requirements.
