3.8) Public hearing and consideration of Brent Ventura’s request for approval The Temple View Villas Plat C flag lot conditional use and preliminary subdivision for 2 single family lots located at 326 East Ohana Way in the RA-1 zone.

3.9) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of the Nancy Walker Development Agreement on 2.581 acres of property located at 915 W State Street, allowing certain restricted Heavy Commercial uses on the property and other site restrictions for commercial development.

3.10) Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for the Jay Peterson Zone Change changing 0.406 acres located at 3455 N Center Pointe Drive from Public Facility (PF) to Transitional Holding (TH-5).

3.11) Public hearing and consideration of Lehi City’s request for approval of an exception to the Water Department Storage Building located at 2548 North 300 West requesting an exception to the glass requirement.
